As an experienced Project Superintendent, James is responsible for the timely completion of projects and ensuring that each project is constructed in strict accordance with plans, specifications, and local codes. James’ projects routinely meet project end dates and budget cost controls; and he has a unique ability to interact with subcontractors, consultants, and vendors on a daily basis to make sure every project meets its goals.
